The results of the academic competition at the Caucasus School of Technology

According to the results of the open competition held on May 8, 2020 at Caucasus School of Technology (CST), the following persons were elected to academic positions by the decision of the Competition Commission and the order of the President of the University:

 

For the position of professor for a term of 6 years

Caucasus University Bookstore is announcing a vacancy for the position of Manager

 

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Develop strategies, ideas and projects focused on store development;
  • Establishing and selecting contacts with local and foreign publishers to purchase/update the required book fund and electronic resources;
  • To analyze the market and offer different fiction or non-fiction books to the customer according to the demand;
  • Coordinated work with the university publishing house;
  • Procurement of textbooks, necessary and auxiliary literature for university courses upon request;
  • Periodic accounting/inventory of existing resources and inventory control;
  • Preparation of quarterly/annual reports on the implemented activities;
  • Perform other functions relevant to the position of supervisor.

 

Qualification requirements:

 

  • Higher education, preferably in business administration, management or related fields;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Experience working in electronic information and search resources;
  • Experience working with digital libraries and catalogs is desirable;
  • Knowledge of computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint,
  • At least 1 (one) year of work experience in a similar position.

  • Organizational ability;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Hard working and energetic;
  • Punctual and disciplined.

 

 Working Conditions:

 

  • Full-time working day, Monday through Saturday (short working day - Saturday);
  • Remuneration: according to the candidate's qualification and experience;

 

Probationary period: 3 months.
