Erasmus + Exchange Program for Academic Personnel, Fall 2018

Caucasus University announces document submission for academic personnel exchange program at Lille Catholic University, France within the framework of Erasmus +.

 

The exchange program of international mobility of academic personnel will cover travel expenses and grant scholarships, the amount of which is determined by Erasmus + manual and the legislation of the host country.

 

The mobility of academic personnel to a partner university lasts one week (5 working days; however the University might offer a longer period); the mandatory class hours is eight.

 

Application can be submitted:

 

  • By academic personnel employed full time (order/a long-term contract) with an experience of delivering a course in the English language or
  • By academic personnel having administrative position with an experience of delivering a course in the English language.

 

In the fall semester of 2018 Lille Catholic University offers mobility in: Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Law.

 

The interested academic personnel shall submit the following documents in the English language:

 

  • A copy of the international passport
  • Filled in application form (see appendix #1)
  • EUROPASS CV (see appendix #2) (see appendix #3)
  • An essay stating the experience of working at Caucasus University; information on projects and programs in which the applicant has participated with Caucasus University or on its behalf.
  • One letter of reference from the faculty (dean/academic program director)

 

No application shall be considered which:

 

  • fails to meet the requirements or is incomplete
  • is submitted after the deadline

 

The candidates can submit the applications electronically till July 7, 2018 (including) to the following email address: ir@cu.edu.ge.

 

The candidates shall indicate in the subject the title of the University he/she has opted for; each document shall be titled as appropriate.

 

Selection procedures:

 

  • The submitted documents will be considered by the contest committee of Caucasus University
  • Selected candidates will be nominated by the commission
  • The information/documents will be submitted to the host University
  • The host University is responsible for the final selection
