On July 19, Caucasus University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with New Jersey City University.
The Memorandum of Cooperation and the Student Exchange Agreement were signed by the President of Caucasus University, Mr. Kakha Shengelia and Ms. Sue Henderson, President of New Jersey City University. The aim of the agreement is to implement exchange programs for students and lecturers, which will enable CU students to spend a semester at one of the leading universities in the US.
A working meeting was held in the framework of Ms. Henderson's visit, where the sides discussed details of future cooperation. They expressed their readiness to cooperate in the media, medicine, information technology/IT, social sciences and business administration.
The President of Caucasus University, Vice-Presidents, Deans and Directors of Departments attended the working meeting with the President of the partner University. An agreement was reached between the parties; which means that partner universities will conduct joint research projects and short-term programs for students.
