It is planned to use material and human resources within the framework of foreign projects and involve Swedish and Ukrainian collaborators. Scientists/lecturers from Canada and Japan will be involved as additional consultants. Local and international academic resources in research will be of particular interest and relevance and will increase the international research productivity of professors and students in higher education institutions.
