Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Financial Manager in the Financial Analysis Service.

Function-duties:

• Compilation/updating and further monitoring of the training program/certificate course budget;
• Establishing financial conditions in the agreements of study programs, protecting the interests of the university;
• Data analysis and accuracy control of lecturers' rates database;
• Active involvement in the process of determining and changing tariffs;
• Ensuring reflection of approved tariffs in the database
• Calculating the profitability of schools, programs and groups and preparing reports based on the information in the database;
• Preparation of semester and monthly salaries of lecturers
• Performing other functions-duties related to the activities of the finance management department.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of business administration/economics or a graduating student;
• Knowledge of office computer programs at a high level;
• Knowledge of the English language.

• High sense of responsibility;
• Time management skills;
• Detail oriented;
• Oprativeness;

Work conditions:

• Remuneration (in-hand): 1,000-1,300 GEL (depending on the candidate's qualifications)
• Trial period: 3 months

Note: Candidates that pass to the second stage may be tested in office programs (Excel) and English language.
