BioNova, the winner of Pre-acceleration program CUnicorn (Batch 3) demo day and a beneficiary of Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, has secured a 25,000 GEL regional grant from Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA) for the Shida Kartli region.

At CU  the information meeting for the university competition UNI4VERSE, organized by Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency, was held.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, has announced the establishment of the Georgian Business Council, whose founders are Georgians who have some business activity in the United Arab Emirates.

Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center held the Demo Day of Startup Pre-acceleration program CUnicorn (Batch 3) at CU, which is the final event of the pre-acceleration program, where startup teams will present (pitch) their ideas to experts, investors, and potential partners and guests.

On September 3, Samtskhe-Javakheti State University hosted the final event of the Samtskhe-Javakheti pre-acceleration program, a demo day, organized by Caucasus University  Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center with the initiative and support of Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA).

On September 2, an informational meeting was held in Rustavi, at  Modusi about Kvemo Kartli pre-acceleration program, providing interested individuals with comprehensive details about the initiative.

The closing event of the SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals was held within the scope of the cooperation between Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and UN Global Compact Network Georgia.

On July 18, the project's fifth training session – Business plan development and startup idea presentation (pitching) was held at CU. The session was led by Tatuli Okriashvili, a startup advisor,  CU graduate, and visiting lecturer.

On July 17, the project's fourth training session – Raising capital - What Investors Want was held at CU. The session was led by Giorgi Razmadze, Co-Founder and CEO of “Awork” and a graduate of Caucasus University.

On July 16, the project's third training session –Brandin and Design (Market Research and Analysis), was held at CU. The session was led by Mari Datishvili, Founder of “Mygallery”, a graduate of Caucasus University, who is also a visiting lecturer at CU.
