If you want to get funding, you must send an application form to the university with the attached documents and standard English language tests (iBT TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, etc) no later than February 1, 2018.
Self-funded students who must have passed a test to determine a foreign language level must submit their application forms by May 1, 2019.
