The applications within the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic is open for the 2023/2024 Summer Semester.
Master's and doctoral students, lecturers, researchers and artists can participate in the program.
Required documents
For Master's students:
- curriculum vitae;
- motivation letter;
- detailed study programme;
- two recommendation letters;
- confirmation that the applicant is a regular student of the respective university;
- scan of applicant’s bachelor’s diploma;
- invitation letter.
For PhD students:
- curriculum vitae;
- motivation letter;
- detailed study programme;
- recommendation letter issued by applicant’s dissertation supervisor;
- confirmation that the applicant is a regular PhD student of the respective university/research organization;
- scan of applicant’s master’s diploma;
- list of publications/artistic activities;
- invitation letter.
For lecturers, researchers and artists:
- curriculum vitae;
- detailed teaching and/or research/artistic programme;
- scan of applicant’s diploma of the highest academic degree achieved;
- list of publications/artistic activities;
- invitation letter.

Compensation within the program:
- For Master’s students: €620;
- For doctoral students: €1025.50;
For lecturers, researchers and artists:
- Without PhD degree and 4 years of experience: €1025.50;
- With a doctor's degree and 10 years of experience: €1370;
- With a doctor's degree and more than 10 years of experience: €1470.
