On May 5, students of the Bachelor’s Program in Hospitality Management visited Lagodekhi Protected Areas, where they met with the Director of the Protected Areas, Giorgi Sulamanidze, who spoke to the students about the Areas, introducing them to the specific features of their management, its biodiversity, and the ecotourism services available there.

Following the meeting, the students had the opportunity to tour the exhibition hall of the Visitor Centre and learn more about the protected area.

At the end of the visit, accompanied by a ranger, the students explored the educational trail and studied on site how trails are planned in protected areas.
