Professor Giorgi Bregadze and Assistant Professor Nato Robitashvili of Caucasus University participated in the 7th International Scientific and Practical Conference, “Tourism: Challenges and Sustainable Development,” organized by the Faculty of Tourism of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.

During the conference, Assistant Professor Robitashvili delivered a presentation titled “Challenges and Transformative Opportunities for Sustainable Tourism in Georgia,” while Professor Bregadze presented on “Institutional and Strategic Challenges in the Development of the Blue Economy in Georgia.”

The event also featured a presentation on the Green Tourism Hub, highlighting its mission, current initiatives, and planned activities aimed at advancing sustainable tourism.

The conference provided an important platform for academics, researchers, and tourism industry professionals to discuss contemporary challenges facing the tourism sector, sustainable development approaches, and new opportunities for cooperation.
