Tamar Tsertsvadze is an Assistant Professor at Caucasus University and a Junior Research Fellow at the CSB Research Center. She is actively involved in undergraduate and graduate teaching, academic research, and curriculum development in management-related disciplines (management principles, strategic management, organizational behavior, leadership, and human resource management). Her scholarly work contributes to contemporary discussions in management and organizational studies.

Dr. Tsertsvadze holds a PhD in Management from the Caucasus School of Business.
