Gastronomic training in “Creativity and Plating” - Implemented in partnership with the USAID Industry-led Skills Development Program

Caucasus University announces the acceptance of the third stream of gastronomy training for any interested individuals as part of its collaboration with the USAID Industry-led Skills Development Program for the project „Gastronomic Bootcamp“. Aforementioned training is carried out in collaboration with the Gastronomic Tourism Business Association and the Basque Culinary Center.

Ana Ishkhanova, one of the four best chefs chosen by the Basque Culinary Center professors, will lead the training. Ana took part in the project's first stream.

Training topic: Creativity and Plating.

During the training, participants will learn about creativity tools applied to restaurants and catering businesses to improve the presentation of dishes.

 

Any interested person can participate in the training.

 

Dates4-5 February.

 

Location:

The training will be held in Tbilisi, in a specially selected space.

 

Fees

Participants will not be paying the training fee.

 

Participants will be selected based on the submitted application.

The number of participants is limited, the maximum number allowed is 10 people.

Interested parties are kindly requested to fill out the application form before January 31.

Only selected candidates will be contacted.
