Sairme Recreational Farm’s Entrepreneurship Support Program is a 14-week intensive pre-acceleration and acceleration program, implemented in partnership between Sairme Recreational Farm and Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center.
The project's primary goal is to support and promote agricultural entrepreneurship in the municipalities of Baghdati and Vani. The program aims to enhance traditional farming practices by integrating modern business and technological approaches.
It targets young individuals and local entrepreneurs who possess innovative ideas or are already engaged in small-scale agribusiness and wish to further develop their ventures through structured learning, practical training, and personalized mentoring.
Target Sectors
The program focuses on high-potential agricultural directions, including but not limited to:
- Cattle farming
- Dairy production
- Beekeeping
- Fishery
- Other scalable and sustainable agri-sectors
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to both individual entrepreneurs and teams who:
- Operate or plan to operate in the municipalities of Baghdati or Vani
- Have an innovative agri-based idea or an existing small-scale business
- Are committed to participating fully in the program
Program Structure
Phase I – Pre-Acceleration (AgriPreneur Sprint)
Timeline: July – September 2025
10–12 selected teams or entrepreneurs will participate in a structured learning journey that includes:
- Weekly online sessions featuring lectures and case-based workshops
- Individual mentoring from local and sectoral experts
- Site visits and hands-on learning in production environments
- Customized assignments and tailored development plans
- A final Demo Day where participants will pitch their ideas to investors and key ecosystem players
The pre-acceleration curriculum is designed around the local context, market needs, and business development principles. Core topics include:
Agri Value Proposition, HACCP/GeoGAP standards, agri-packaging, sustainability (ESG), supply chain management, sales strategies, and go-to-market planning.
Phase II – Acceleration (Farm-to-Market Sprint)
Following successful completion of the pre-acceleration stage, selected teams will advance to a 6-week acceleration program focused on commercialization and scaling, which includes:
- Real-market testing of products
- Development of sales channels (including local and B2B partnerships)
- Financial, legal, and operational readiness
- Personalized consultations adapted to each business case
- Partnership building and agreement facilitation
- Final investment pitching and fundraising readiness
