The 8th Student Scientific Conference of the Caucasus School of Business for Doctoral Students

On May 9, Caucasus University hosted the 8th Student Scientific Conference of the Caucasus School of Business.

 

Doctoral students from the PhD Program in Management participated in the conference and presented their research papers.

 

Based on the jury’s decision, the three best research papers were selected:

 

  • First Place – Nika Zibzibadze
    Topic: Beyond Profit: Sustainable Project Management in Large Organizations
  • Second Place – Ana Lekveishvili
    Topic: Individual Cultural Values as Predictors of Leadership Ideals: A Cross-National Study of Georgia, Spain, and the United Kingdom
  • Third Place – Saba Kherkhgiani
    Topic: SME Digitalization in Georgia: A Current-State Analysis of the Support Ecosystem
