On 23 September, Caucasus University hosted a public lecture titled “Capitalism Without Guilt: The Moral Case for Free Markets,” delivered by Dr. Yaron Brook -  author, economist, entrepreneur, and internationally recognized speaker.

The lecture was hosted by Elene Jgarkava, Dean of the Business School at Caucasus University, and Azer Dilanchiev, Affiliated Professor at the Business School.

During the lecture, Dr. Brook discussed the economic and moral foundations of capitalism and explored such topics as individual freedom, private property, entrepreneurship, and free markets, as well as their connection to innovation, prosperity, and human progress.

The discussion also addressed contemporary economic debates, including economic inequality, government regulation, and the role of government in the economy.

The lecture concluded with a Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions on topics of interest and engage in an open discussion with the speaker.
