Caucasus University Delegation Visits Kauno kolegija

A delegation from Caucasus University, led by Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University, and Irena Melua, Vice President for Internationalisation, visited Kauno kolegija (Lithuania) to further strengthen international cooperation.

 

Caucasus University and Kauno kolegija have been partners since 2014, maintaining active collaboration in academic exchange and institutional development. Both institutions are also members of the UNINOVIS Alliance, which further enhances opportunities for joint initiatives in education, research, and innovation.

 

During the visit, meetings were held with Dr Andrius Brusokas, Director of Kauno kolegija, Jolanta Bareikienė, and Povilas Beseckas. The discussions focused on expanding institutional collaboration, developing double degree programmes, and promoting joint applied research initiatives.

 

The delegation also held meetings with representatives of various faculties, including the Business Faculty, the Faculty of Informatics, Engineering and Technologies, and the Faculty of Arts and Education. During these meetings, the parties exchanged information about academic programmes, discussed potential areas of cooperation, and explored opportunities for future joint initiatives.

 

The visit also included tours of classrooms and laboratories, providing the delegation with insights into the academic environment and infrastructure of Kauno kolegija.
