Culinary Masterclass for International Students at Caucasus University

Caucasus University hosted a culinary masterclass for its international students at CU’s “Canteenarea.” Guided by the university’s executive chef, participants had the opportunity to prepare a traditional Georgian dish, immersing themselves in the art of Georgian gastronomy.

 

The event was also attended by Caucasus University’s ambassadors, who joined in the interactive cooking experience.

 

The masterclass aimed to introduce international students to Georgia’s rich culinary heritage and the stories behind its traditional dishes.

 

The session concluded with a delightful tasting, where students savored the meals, they had personally prepared, celebrating both cultural exchange and shared culinary creativity.
