On October 5, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Caucasus University organized a practical workshop for students.
The workshop focused on understanding customer behavior and exploring the journey from the moment a customer becomes interested to the final action - whether it is making a purchase, registering, booking, or taking another desired action.
Participants discussed the key factors that influence customer decision-making, the barriers customers may face along the way, and how this process can be improved to enhance both the customer experience and business outcomes.
The practical part of the workshop focused on real-world business scenarios. Participants worked on improving customer experience and were introduced to the key principles of A/B testing, segmentation, and experiment design.
The workshop was led by Saba Arudashvili, Co-Founder and CEO of Klics and Asmos, as well as a winner and mentor of CUnicorn, the pre-acceleration program of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Caucasus University.
As part of the workshop, participants also had the opportunity to explore the Asmos platform and learn about its potential applications for e-commerce and startup projects.
