An information session for the university competition UNI4VERSE, organized by the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA), was held at Caucasus University.

During the session, GITA Project Manager Mariam Vardidze, Uni4verse Project Coordinator Avto Tavdishvili, Amadeo Executive Director Mariam Koshadze, and a representative of the National Bank, Tamta Shvangiradze, provided interested students with detailed information about the university competition. They discussed the competition’s objectives, participation requirements, as well as existing challenges and issues in the field of financial education.

UNI4VERSE is one of the large-scale projects organized by the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, aiming to increase interest and engagement in innovation and technology among universities and students. In 2026, 32 universities from across Georgia are participating in the competition.

This year’s competition is dedicated to FINTECH and FINEDU (Financial Education) and gives participants the opportunity to address real-world financial challenges through new and innovative ideas.

As part of the competition, participants will work on areas such as the integration of financial services, long-term financial planning, financial security, everyday finances, and cash flow management for small businesses.

Each year, the project identifies the winning university in the field of innovation and technology.

The project is implemented by the Innovative Education Foundation. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center will support participating Caucasus University students throughout the competition by helping them prepare, develop and refine their ideas, and strengthen the skills needed to successfully participate.
