Joint Summer School Program between Caucasus University and (OTH) Amberg-Weiden University of Applied Sciences to be Implemented with DAAD Funding

Within the cooperation between the Caucasus University and OTH Amberg-Weiden University of Applied Sciences, Germany, another important project, a joint summer school "AI Meets Arts," is being implemented, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

 

As part of the program, students will build their own dataset of artworks and use modern artificial intelligence methods for classification, search, and analysis, and at the end of the program, they will take part in a hackathon.

 

The program will be implemented in two stages: selected students to participate in the program, from School of Technology (CU),  will spend the first week at Caucasus University, Tbilisi, and afterwards will travel on a one-week mobility to a partner university in Amberg, Germany, where final  part of the summer school program will take place.

 

As part of its internationalization process, Caucasus University actively implements strategically important programs and projects together with partner universities, contributing to student engagement in the global academic space.
