Caucasus University is developing the “Knowledge Ambassadors” educational and career development program, aimed at creating real educational and professional development opportunities for students who graduated from schools in Abkhazia.
It is worth noting that Nika Lomia is one of the program’s first supporters, providing funding for the education of 10 students. His involvement marks an important first step for the program and creates a tangible opportunity for young people who graduated from schools in Abkhazia to pursue their educational goals.
The program is based on the “One Partner, One Student” partnership model. Its core idea is to provide students, with the support of businesses or individual partners, not only with educational funding but also with opportunities for mentorship, career development, and integration into a professional environment.
The “Knowledge Ambassadors” program includes educational funding, professional mentorship, career-oriented meetings, and internship opportunities at partner companies. The program serves as a bridge between education and the real-world workplace, connecting young people who need an opportunity with partners who can help create it.
Nika Lomia’s support demonstrates how a single decision can empower not just one, but ten young people on their educational journey.
Caucasus University plans to further develop the program and expand its network of partners, enabling more students to access educational, mentorship, and career development opportunities in the future.
