On 21 November, Caucasus University hosted a public lecture delivered by Ursina Weidkun, Swiss juvenile court judge, international expert on children’s rights, member of the Executive Board of the International Association of Youth and Family Judges and Magistrates (AIMJF), and Doctor of Law. The lecture was held in collaboration with Professor Levan Darbaidze and was intended for students of Caucasus University School of Law.
The session, titled “Practical Challenges in Interviewing Juveniles – Georgian and Swiss Experience,” explored the complexities involved in conducting juvenile interviews.
The meeting was conducted in a question-and-answer format.
