On March 9, with the support of the British Embassy, Caucasus University welcomed Adrian Dobson, Chief Executive of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), one of the world’s most renowned and prestigious professional associations in the field of architecture.
As part of the visit, a working meeting was held with the President of Caucasus University, Kakha Shengelia, Vice President for Internationalization Irena Melua, Director of the International Relations Department Keti Karbaia and Dean of Caucasus school of Architect and Design.
During his visit, Adrian Dobson also delivered a presentation for students of the Architecture Program, introducing them to the distinctive opportunities and values associated with RIBA-validated programs. He spoke about how students can benefit from these opportunities both throughout their studies and in their future professional development.
The visit also featured an exhibition of projects created by students of the Architecture Program at Caucasus School of Architecture and Design.
It is especially noteworthy that the Architecture Program at Caucasus University has been granted unconditional validation by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
