On May 1-2, the Caucasus University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center hosted the Solana Hackathon - a two-day intensive Web3 event organized in collaboration with Superteam Georgia (the official representative of Solana in Georgia).
A total of 11 teams participated in the hackathon, working intensively over two days on developing their ideas - from problem identification to solution design and shaping a business concept. At the end of the program, teams presented their startup ideas to a jury.

- Beka Abuladze — Developer Relations Lead, Superteam Georgia
During the hackathon, participants:
- Gained insights into the Solana ecosystem and its applications
- Learned about grant and career opportunities within the ecosystem
- Received mentorship and feedback from industry experts
The hackathon concluded with three winning teams:
1st place - ProofWork | 750 USDC
2nd place - Novarite | 450 USDC
3rd place - Flashpool | 300 USDC
The winning teams were composed of students from the Caucasus University School of Technology.
The winning teams will be granted beneficiary status within the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, which includes a 6-month startup incubation process, offering support in idea development, preparation of grant applications, and connections within the startup ecosystem.
