Summary:
In order for human resource management to become a guarantee of hospital efficiency, it is essential to introduce strategic approaches that focus not only on formal administration, but also on employee well-being. The study analyzes critical issues such as motivation systems and staff retention, both of which are essential to organizational stability. Particular attention is paid to the prevention of professional burnout as a fundamental prerequisite for patient safety. The article also examines the growing role of digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence in contemporary hospital management. The research brings together practical recommendations that can help healthcare sector leaders improve operational productivity and enhance service quality.
