Caucasus University hosted a training series on “Sustainable Tourism and Service Design Fundamentals”, implemented in the framework of the Erasmus+ CBHE project – ENRICHER-hubs. The initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Caucasus University School of Tourism and the Green Tourism Hub.
Participants gained both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in key principles of sustainable tourism and innovative approaches to service design.
The aim of the program was to enhance participants’ competences in the following areas:
- Planning customer-oriented and sustainable tourism products;
- Identifying effective methods for creating and implementing service design and design sprints;
- Developing solutions based on the current challenges and needs of the Georgian tourism sector.
The training supports the professional development of young specialists and practitioners who will play an important role in advancing sustainable tourism and improving tourism services in the future.
