Visit of Representatives of Partner universities to Caucasus University

During the week of October 20-24, the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University hosted representatives of partner universities in Spain and Lithuania within the framework of the Erasmus+ Administrative Staff Mobility Program.

 

An introductory meeting was held with representatives of the Department of International Relations of Caucasus University, during which the guests were introduced to information about the university’s academic programs, international programs, and achievements.

 

Marketing professors Blanca Garcia and Patricia Alamo and Computer Science professor Daniel Rodriguez from the University of Alcala, Spain, visited the university during the week.

 

Various introductory meetings were planned for the guests with Anastasia Gudadze, the representative of the Caucasus University Student and Organizational Events Service, as well as the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which was attended by department representatives Irakli Svanidze and Ana Dolidze.

 

The guests were also hosted by the Dean of the Caucasus Tourism School, Diko Kopaleishvili, and professors Nino Tigishvili and Nato Robitashvili, as well as Azer Dilanchiev, a professor from the School of Economics. Additional introductory meetings were held with Tatia Chokoraia, the Head of the Academic Writing Center, Natia Makaridze and Ketevan Adeishvili, representatives of the Library, and Amalia Mkhitariani, the Head of the Spanish Language Academic Unit.

 

Professor Daniel Rodriguez was hosted by the Dean of the Caucasus School of Technology, Shota Nizharadze, and the Academic Director of the Bachelor's Program in Artificial Intelligence, Rati Skhirtladze.

 

Also, during the week, the Department of International Relations hosted the Coordinator of Student Mobility of Kaunas University of Applied Sciences, Deimante Stankevice, and the Head of the Department of Student Services and Career Development, Aurimas Galkontas.

 

It is noteworthy that within the framework of the existing cooperation between the universities, a number of mobilities were implemented with the participation of students and academic staff of Caucasus University.
