On October 1-2, 2011, within the framework of IREX G-MEDIA program, Media Innovation Camp for journalism students was opened in Tbilisi.

On October 29, an Integrated media course was opened at Caucasus University that is designed to meet the needs high school students who have been selected from various schools of Tbilisi.

On September 20-23, 2011, Nino Zhizhilashvili, Dean of CSM took part in General Assembly of European Youth4Media Network.

International exchange and dual degree programs have started at Caucasus School of Media (CSM). CSM students left for University of Chester (Great Britain).

Media School students visited TV company PIK. They saw TV studios, machine rooms, news rooms. Deputy General Director Zurab Kodalashvili guided the students.

The most innovative Web–Marketing contest was over. CSM student Mariam Talakhadze, the contestant whose page was the most rated, was named the winner.

CSM freshmen students Natia Chekheria and Natia Zardiashvili successfully completed their summer school course, that was held at the Upper Austria University.

Four Participant students of the TV program "Piloti" received a laptop as a gift.

Uniquely experienced news producer James Trengrove delivered a lecture on "TV News Projects and Political Talk Shows" at CSM.
