Criminal Law Mock Trial for Prospective Students

5 May 2026

In collaboration with Legis Academy, Caucasus University hosted a two-stage criminal law mock trial for prospective students on April 26 and May 3.

Within the framework of the project, prospective students interested in law had the opportunity to take on the roles of prosecutor, defense attorney, and witness for the first time. During the first stage, participants learned how to collect fingerprints, work with authentic investigative protocols, and become familiar with the fundamental stages of criminal proceedings. In the second stage, they conducted a mock trial in the courtroom of Caucasus University.

The mock trial was based on a real, widely publicized criminal case.

Each year, the Caucasus School of Law organizes professionally oriented events for prospective students, aiming to provide them with meaningful practical experience across various areas of law.
