Representatives of the National Bureau of Enforcement Met with Students of Caucasus University

Meetings at the National Bureau of Enforcement with representatives of various higher education institutions are ongoing. On this occasion, students of Caucasus University were provided with information about the enforcement system and its operational framework.

 

Givi Dolidze, Deputy Chairperson of the National Bureau of Enforcement, introduced students to the core functions of the Bureau and its primary areas of activity. The discussion covered the legal basis for initiating enforcement proceedings and the procedural stages that follow. During the meeting, it was emphasized that the Mediation Service holds an important role in the enforcement process, as its involvement contributes to the successful completion of the cases with the results favorable to both parties. Students also had the opportunity to learn about non-enforcement services.

 

Throughout the session, students actively engaged with the speakers, asking questions of interest and receiving comprehensive responses.

 

The purpose of the project is to enhance students’ understanding of the enforcement system and to promote the profession of enforcement officers.

 

The information meeting was conducted by Leila Mikeladze, Head of the Department for the Protection of Parties’ Interests and Mediation; Khatuna Gazdeliani, Head of the Kvemo Kartli Enforcement Bureau; and Enforcement Officer Tsisia Shengelia.
