Compliance with food safety requirements is the responsibility of the company. State control over compliance with these requirements is exercised daily by the National Food Agency. Failure to comply with the law significantly damages the company's business image and reputation. Therefore, it is very important to properly implement food safety systems.

 

The Certified Course in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems is designed for company managers involved in agriculture, primary production, food processing, storage or distribution, as well as catering. The course will discuss the requirements of local legislation, international experience and standards (GHP & GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000). After completing the training, the managers will be able to ensure the production of harmless and reliable products by the company.

 

Students will be awarded a joint certificate from Caucasus University and Star Consulting Ltd., having completed certified food safety training.
