Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences (CSH) and Caucasus School of Media (CSM) are announcing a vacancy for the position of Master's Program Academic Manager.

Job responsibilities:

1. Advising/assisting students and lecturers on technical issues and ensuring the smooth running of the learning process;
2. Assisting students in the process of semester registration and contracting and advising within the scope of competence;
3. Provide students with news on various types of information and university regulations and facilitate their implementation;
4. Monitoring the timely upload of educational syllabi in the electronic system during the educational process;
5. Entering the relevant data on the conduct and restoration of lecture hours conducted by lecturers, including verification of the data entered by the security guard;
6. Monitoring the production of the electronic database of student attendance;
7. Assist students in obtaining the necessary documents;
8. Monitoring the timely entry of marks into the database by lecturers;
9. Organizing and canceling commission sessions within the school curriculum;
10. Attendance at midterm and final exams;
11. Entering the grades obtained by students in the midterm and final exam in the database;
12. Creating an electronic form for the final semester assessment and uploading it to the database;
13. Coordinating the process of restoring the midterm and final exams missed by students;
14. Participate in the authorization/accreditation process within the scope of competence;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• No less than one year of work experience. Experience of working in an administrative position in a higher education institution will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Office computer programs;
• English language proficiency (language proficiency competency will be tested on the basis of testing or interview)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time work day, Monday through Saturday (Saturday short work day);
• Salary (in-hand): During the probationary period by agreement. 800 GEL after the probationary period;
• Probationary period: 3 months
