Fred Kasirye is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Caucasus School of Business and a Junior Research Fellow at the CSB Research Center.

He brings over 20 years of academic and consultancy experience spanning business leadership, strategic operations, and innovation in higher education. His teaching and research focus on organizational strategy, management, employability development, industry–university relations, and sustainability in emerging markets.

Dr. Kasirye holds a PhD in Management from the Caucasus School of Business.
