Miranda Tsintskiladze is an Assistant Professor at Caucasus University and a Junior Research Fellow at the CSB Research Center.

She is teaching at CSB since 2023: Organizational Behavior; Fundamentals of Management; Strategic Management. Her research interests include cultural dimensions, orgnizational culture, sustainable development, leadership role in sustainability, and role of culture in sustainable practices.

Dr. Tsertsvadze holds a PhD in Management from the Caucasus School of Business.
