Caucasus School of Business (CSB) of Caucasus University invites you to attend the public defense of master’s theses by students enrolled in its graduate programs.
The defenses will take place on January 16, starting at 10:00, in Room D23. During the event, master’s students will present their research before an academic committee, addressing contemporary and relevant topics in the fields of business, economics, and management.
Theses and presenters:
Graduate students from a range of academic backgrounds will present the following theses:
- Tamuna Askilashvili – Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Business in Georgia (Supervisor: Natia Zedginidze);
- Giorgi Baliashvili – The Role of Transport Corridors in Georgia’s Economic Development (Supervisor: Salome Danelia);
- Mzia Revazashvili – Liquidity Risk Management in Georgian Commercial Banks (Supervisor: Alexandre Mikeladze);
- Salome Chichikoshvili – The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Satisfaction in the Healthcare Sector (Supervisor: Tamar Tsertsvadze);
- Abiya Biju – Cultural Adaptation and Peer Networks: Exploring Academic, Leadership, and Career Outcomes among International Graduate Students in Georgia (Supervisor: Fred Kassirie).
The thesis defense process is open to the public, and all interested attendees are welcome to join the presentations.
