- Introduction, speech technique
- Strategy and purpose of direct and cross-examination
- The meaning of the final speech
- Case review and role distribution
- Preparing the prosecution and defense for the mock trial
December 17:
Mock Jury Trial.
The process will be led by Shota Tkeshelashvili, Deputy Prosecutor of Tbilisi.
