At the initiative of Medea Zurabishvili, Assistant Professor at the Caucasus University School of Economics, a two-day lecture-training titled “Tax Environment for Business in Georgia” will be held for students and interested participants.
The lecture will be delivered by Tea Gorgodze, Chief Specialist in the Methodology of Taxpayer Education and Services at the Revenue Service’s Methodology Department.
The first lecture-training will be held on May 28, from 15:00 to 18:00, in the C9 auditorium.
The second lecture-training will be held on June 2, from 15:00 to 18:00, in the conference hall.
The meeting will discuss:
- How to start your own business
- Overview of existing taxes
- Tax benefits for start-up businesses
- Selecting the optimal taxation regime to reduce costs
Also:
You will get to know the structure of the Revenue Service and learn how to communicate with taxpayers easily, through the Revenue Service website rs.ge and the authorized user page eservices@rs.ge.
Participants will get to know the Revenue Service as a tax collector and also as an employer.
A Q&A discussion will be held at the end of the lecture-training.
