Organized by the Caucasus School of Medicine, a public lecture on “Modern Approaches to Migraine Treatment and Prevention” will be held on June 20, at 12:00, in the Caucasus University Library.

The lecture will be delivered by Mariam Vashakidze, invited lecturer at the School of Medicine.

The session will focus on the classification of headaches as one of the most common neurological symptoms, as well as current guidelines for migraine management. It will also cover modern approaches and future research directions presented in May 2026 at the joint conference of the Chinese and International Headache Societies, aimed at optimizing treatment and improving its effectiveness.
