In the frames of Jean Monnet Project “Promoting European Union’s Cyber Education (PEU-C-E)” funded by European Union a training cyber hygiene, how to be safe in cyber space and how to protect data will be held organized by Caucasus University for students on 14, 15 and 16 June at 15:00.
The training will be held by Maksim Iavich and Giorgi Iashvili.
The duration of the training will be 2 hours and 15 minutes.
In the frames of the training speakers will discuss about Internet as the main source of communication and information receiving. Moreover, they will draw the participants attention on the potential danger in it and the importance of the preventive activities. They will also discuss about protecting personal data, so called Phishing and Malicious software as well as secure passwords for users, Antivirus programs and principles working with them.
PEU-C-E - „Promoting European Union’s Cyber Education“ is a Jean Monnet project jointly developed by Caucasus University and Business and Technology University in Georgia. The aim of the project is to share European experience in cyber education among students, teachers, parents, professors and decision makers with a goal to create safer internet for vulnerable young people.
Attending the training is free of charge, the participants will be awarded with certificates.
