The public lecture will explore practical insights from Japan’s innovation and entrepreneurship culture, focusing on the principles that can help founders turn ideas into stronger, more sustainable businesses.

The session will cover:

• Applying Kaizen - continuous improvement
• Building quality, trust, and long-term value
• Leveraging startup and innovation ecosystems
• Thinking globally from an early stage

The session will also look in the opposite direction: what can Japan learn from the Caucasus? We’ll discuss the strengths of our region’s entrepreneurial culture, including agility, fast experimentation, global thinking, and cross-cultural adaptability.
