Caucasus University has developed the Exploitation Plan for the PRODIGE project (“Promoting High-Quality Digital Education in Georgia”). The purpose of the document is to define how the project’s outcomes can be used and integrated within institutional processes after the formal completion of project activities.
On June 19, Akaki Kapanadze, Director of the Project Management Department at Caucasus University, participated in a management meeting hosted by Batumi State Maritime Academy (BSMA). The event was organized as part of the PRODIGE project (“Promoting High-Quality Digital Education in Georgia”).
From June 16 to 18, representatives of Caucasus University, Giorgi Salukvadze, Affiliated Assistant Professor; Vladimer Svanadze; and Akaki Kapanadze, Director of the Project Management Department visited Batumi to participate in the training “Learning Process: Adapting Digital Pedagogy for Distance Education.” The training was hosted by Batumi State Maritime Academy within the framework of the PRODIGE project
Between March 19 and April 11, two administrative personnel of Caucasus University Dr. Irma Grdzelidze, Director of the Strategic Development Department and Head of the International Accreditation Office, and Mariam Oshkhereli, Manager of International Accreditation and Project PRODIGE’s assistant and two academic staff members, Professor David Tsiklauri and Invited Lecturer Nino Tigishvili from Caucasus University successfully completed a 15-hour online training “Digital Education Potential for Inclusion and Lifelong Learning.” The training was conducted within the framework of the PRODIGE project
From April 22 to May 7, two administrative representatives—Dr. Irma Grdzelidze, Director of the Strategic Development Department and Head of the International Accreditation Office, and Diana Mchedlishvili, Director of the Quality Assurance Department—and one academic representative, Mariam Menabde, Dean of the School of Architecture and Design at Caucasus University, participated in the training “Quality of Digital Education.
The 3rd International Scientific Conference titled "Current Problems of History Teaching" was held at the Khachatur Abovyan Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU).
From October 6–24, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Institutional Development Programme–funded project “Promoting High-Quality Digital Education in Georgia” (PRODIGE), a new cycle of capacity-building training was organised for representatives of consortium member universities.
From 17–19 November, President of Caucasus University, Kakha Shengelia, Vice President for Internationalization Irena Melua, and Director of the Projects Department Akaki Kapanadze participated in the GastroTour Stakeholder and Project Management Meeting, held in Stellenbosch, South Africa, within the framework of the Erasmus+ funded Higher Education Capacity Building project, GastroTour.
The participants of WISEC Academy, students, business representatives, and public sector representatives converged on October 23, 2025 for the Annual Roundtable.
On October 20, within the framework of the Research Ethics and Integrity Week, an informational online meeting was held to discuss the ongoing international project, “Responsible Conduct of Research – Research Integrity and Ethics in Georgian Universities (ETHICS)”.
