On May 14, Caucasus University hosted the Ambassador of South Korea to Georgia, Mr. Hyon Du Kim.

The event was opened by the Vice President of Caucasus University, Ms. Irena Melua.

During his speech to the university’s students, the Ambassador provided a brief historical overview of South Korea, discussing the country’s path of development and its current state.

He also reviewed the history of bilateral cooperation between Georgia and South Korea, as well as the prospects for future collaboration. Particular attention was paid to opportunities for strengthening partnerships and creating new opportunities of cooperation between the two countries.

The Ambassador’s visit generated strong interest among the students. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Hyon Du Kim answered students’ questions.
