Caucasus University Announces a Vacancy for the Position of Copy/Printing Equipment Administrator.

 

Job Responsibilities:


• Timely printing of lecture and examination materials, photocopies, and university documentation, and delivery to designated recipients, along with providing required technical assistance to administrative units;
• Coordination of university copy-printing centers;
• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of copy-printing machines;
• Inventory control of consumables and supplies for printing centers and identification of procurement needs;
• Scanning of textbooks and course materials submitted by schools;
• Rational use of consumables and optimization of electronic documentation processes;
• Provision and maintenance of printing equipment cartridges across the university.

 

Qualification Requirements:


• Complete general education;
• Knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Additional Requirements:


• Communicative, energetic, well-organized, and responsible;
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and thoroughly;
• Ability to process and synthesize information efficiently.

 

Terms of Employment:

 

  • Work schedule: Monday through Saturday
    (Saturday is a shortened working day; attendance requirements are defined in agreement with the University management);
    Weekday working hours: 09:00–18:00 and/or 11:00–20:00;
  • Salary: 1300 GEL net;
