The Caucasus University School of Humanities and Social Sciences held an essay competition for entrants interested in the history program. The competition theme was: "David Agmashenebeli as the creator of a tolerant multicultural kingdom".

On April 5, the three best works were revealed in the Caucasus University bookstore "Librarea". The prizes were:

1st place - educational voucher for history program - 700 GEL

2nd place - educational voucher for history program - 500 GEL

3rd place - educational voucher for history program - 300 GEL

The following criteria were considered in the essay evaluation process:

The purpose of the highlighted topic; The matter is understood and the sequence is preserved; The facts given in the topic are correct, accurate and clear; appropriate sources and literature are used; The conclusions are logically related to the discussed issues; The work is linguistically correct and stylistic uniformity is preserved.

The purpose of the history competition was for students to develop the following skills: the ability to apply knowledge in practice; ability to draw conclusions; communication skill; ability to learn; values.
