Meet the mentors of the seventh batch of CUnicorn, the startup pre-acceleration program of Caucasus University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center!

CUnicorn brings together innovative, technology-driven startup teams that aim to transform their ideas into real businesses with the support and guidance of experienced mentors.

Throughout the 10-week program, mentors will lead thematic working sessions covering all key aspects of startup development, including technology, marketing, finance, product development, and business growth strategies.

The pre-acceleration program’s mentors include:

Angel investors;

Corporate leaders;

Successful entrepreneurs;

Experts in startup support and innovation;

Digital transformation and technology specialists;

Marketing and business development professionals.

The CUnicorn startup pre-acceleration program encourages the development of innovative, technology-driven ideas, accelerates startup growth, and strengthens international partnerships. It creates a practice-oriented environment for students, graduates, and academic and administrative staff.

The program culminates in a Demo Day, where participating teams present their startup ideas to a jury, investors, and representatives of the startup ecosystem.

Irakli Svanidze

Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center - Caucasus University

Irakli Svanidze is the Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Caucasus University and a Visiting Lecturer. He has extensive experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on startup development, mentoring, and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. His work involves supporting startup teams throughout their journey, from idea development and business model validation to go-to-market strategy development and identifying funding opportunities.

Maro Koshadze

Co-Founder and CEO - Amadeo

Maro Koshadze is the Co-Founder and CEO of Amadeo. She has over 10 years of experience in education and training, alongside three years of experience in project and knowledge management. Throughout her career, she has worked with startups and corporate organizations, contributing to digital transformation and product development. She is also an Education Mentor at Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA).

Giorgi Kintsurashvili

Ecosystem Innovation Lead - TBC Bank

Giorgi Kintsurashvili is the Ecosystem Innovation Lead at TBC Bank. He brings 14 years of experience in innovation and technology, specializing in digital business development, product management, and startup support. His professional background includes developing digital banking ecosystems and working across open banking, fintech, and digital products. He is also a mentor and trainer supporting early-stage entrepreneurs in business and product development.

Nini Mosiashvili

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Helio.AI

Nini Mosiashvili is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Helio.AI, an AI-powered recruitment platform. She has 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, having led these functions at companies including OPPA, Making Science Sweeft, and Skillwill Academy, where she also worked as a lecturer. Her expertise spans digital transformation, marketing strategy, and startup development.

Sandro Kandelaki

Co-Founder - Student Hunt

Sandro Kandelaki is the Co-Founder of Student Hunt and Head of Digital Transformation at Terabank, where he has held a leadership position for over two years. He has extensive experience in innovation and startup support, including serving as a visiting lecturer at Ilia State University and managing initiatives such as the Zoomout pre-acceleration program. He has also spoken at international seminars and participated in TEDx events.

Saba Arudashvili

Co-Founder and CEO - Klics and Asmos

Saba Arudashvili is the Co-Founder and CEO of Klics and Asmos. He has extensive experience in building technology startups, e-commerce, and digital marketing. His professional work focuses on the development of technology-driven products and businesses.

Giorgi Mgeladze

Director of Development 360 - Maverik

Giorgi Mgeladze is the Director of Development 360 at the creative agency Maverik. He has eight years of experience in marketing, digital communications, and business development. His professional background includes developing and implementing marketing strategies and supporting organizational growth. He is also an Invited Lecturer in Digital Marketing and E-commerce at Caucasus University.

Ketevan Khuntsaria

Entrepreneur, Angel Investor and Investment Board Member - Axel

Ketevan Khuntsaria is a member of Axel’s Investment Board, actively participating in startup screening and investment decision-making processes. Alongside her involvement in technology startups and angel investing, she brings significant experience in the automotive industry, having worked with leading international brands such as Porsche, Chevrolet, and Volkswagen.

Iro Tsagareishvili

Managing Director - Axel

Iro Tsagareishvili has over seven years of experience in the Georgian startup ecosystem, project management, and strategic communications. She is the Managing Director of Axel, Georgia’s Angel Investor Network, where she oversees investor relations, startup sourcing and selection, and investment processes. She also has extensive experience organizing startup events and delivering training and mentoring through pre-acceleration and acceleration programs, bootcamps, and startup initiatives.
