On October 28, students of the Master’s Program in Clinical Psychology at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Caucasus University met with Mariam Natadze, psychologist and representative of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation Georgia (AHF Georgia).
During the session, Ms. Natadze provided an overview of the Foundation’s mission, core objectives, and key areas of activity. The discussion highlighted major challenges the organization faces, including social stigma, low levels of public awareness, and widespread misconceptions about HIV infection within Georgian society.
Students also engaged in a conversation on the vital role of psychologists in combating stigma and raising awareness.
