Caucasus University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center hosted a public session on “Dare to Lead: The Grit Mindset,” led by Paris Norriss, an adventure show host and endurance athlete.
During the session, Paris shared his personal experiences and stories with the participants, including his remarkable 5,000-kilometre row across the Pacific Ocean, which he completed in just 39 days.
The session covered:
▪️ Mental resilience and dealing with challenging situations;
▪️ Overcoming challenges and continuing to move forward during difficult times;
▪️ Staying focused under pressure;
▪️ Pushing beyond self-imposed limits and embracing personal growth.
The session was organized by Startupbootcamp Georgia, an international accelerator, and Rainmaking, as part of the Dare to Lead series. The initiative brings together successful individuals and their real-life experiences.
