Startup Incubator II Online Lecture

On September 1, within the framework of the Startup Incubator Program, the second online lecture was held on the topic “Value Proposition and Key Metrics,” led by trainer Shalva Othanadze. The session aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills necessary for defining a product’s value and effectively positioning it in the market.

 

During the lecture, participants worked on creating and applying the Value Proposition Canvas in practice. The trainer provided an in-depth explanation of methods for identifying customer problems and needs, and discussed the process of formulating a product’s unique value proposition and defining its competitive advantage.

 

Special emphasis was placed on how startups can optimize their offerings to create real value for customers and determine the key metrics that support effective performance monitoring and progress assessment throughout the startup’s development journey.
