On June 3 - 4, the President of Caucasus University, Kakha Shengelia, hosted Ulrike Tippe, President of Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau, and Karin Schmidt, Director of the International Relations Department.
As part of the visit, a working meeting was held with representatives of Caucasus University, including Vice President for Internationalization Irena Melua and Director of the International Relations Department Ketevan Karbaia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the key areas of their strategic partnership, including the implementation process and achievements of the joint Master’s Program in Digital Logistics. They also outlined prospects for further strengthening cooperation, particularly in the areas of student exchange programs, short-term research mobility initiatives, and the development of new joint academic programs. Several specific academic fields were identified as promising areas for the design and implementation of future collaborative programs.
The visit also included working meeting with Ms. Silvia Schmid from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). During these meetings, the parties reviewed the achievements of the joint Master's Program between Caucasus University and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau.
Notably, the program was established with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and continues to be successfully implemented, further strengthening the productive and long-standing partnership between the two institutions.
