On July 21, International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) and 6 universities (Caucasus University, Georgian-American University, Georgian Technical University, Grigol Robakidze University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and the University of Georgia) signed the memorandum of understanding.
